Deliciously Fresh Sushi

Handcrafted Sushi Made Fresh Every Day. These are words we live by, and each of our locations prides itself on the freshness of each and every roll. Throughout the day, our chefs are continuously rolling sushi and our commitment to a single-day shelf-life ensures the best experience in every bite

Food manufacturing might seem like a simple operation — farmers make food, it’s distributed to stores around the country, and we buy it and cook it. However, the process by which we get our food is a lot more complicated than many give it credit for being. The food system is an interconnected web of tasks and activities spun together into a process that brings together factors from food production and economics to regulation, technology, and transportation. It is because this process is complicated that it calls for a system to keep it in order. That’s where food traceability comes in. Being able to trace food of all variety — from meats and dairy to honey and wheat — is monumental for business to secure their food and for consumers to know the origins of what they put in their mouths.
From fish to garnish, we take extra care to source ingredients that deliver on both taste and caliber. Our nori is premium quality, our chefs hand-select the ripest produce, and we use only verified Non-GMO rice.
Maki. Sashimi. Nigiri. People around the world love to savor the usually raw artform that is sushi. From delicately mastered sushi to rapidly distributed grocery-store variety packs, sushi is being gobbled up in whopping numbers, and the demand for it continues to increase.
With concerns about our impact on the environment making headlines, many consumers are switching their eating habits toward a more eco-conscious diet. Switching to sustainable seafood is an easy way to positively impact the environment while eating healthfully. However, it can be hard to understand what a “sustainable” label really means and what the requirements are for seafood to meet that standard.

People are picky. And with so many choices available today, how can they not be? In the United States, it’s possible to have food delivered to our homes, workplaces, and the beach in less than an hour. In large cities, you could try one new meal every day and never get the same order twice. With that in mind, it’s no wonder the customizable meal market is growing. We want everything customized, from our clothes and houses to our vacation adventures. We also want exactly what we want without compromise, and the food market is listening.

It seems like every day there’s a new diet trend popping up, boasting powerful health benefits, but one that has been around for a while — actual millennia, if you want to be specific — is the Paleo Diet. Based on the idea of returning to natural, unprocessed, whole foods, like our Paleolithic ancestors would have enjoyed before food industrialization, the Paleo diet promotes a healthy lifestyle and has been said to improve symptoms from many diet-related diseases. It also encourages a respect for the environment and sustainable food production, suggesting organic, natural, and chemical-free ingredients.
